Terra Vitis®
A sustainable approach since 2004
For several years, Château Beaumont has been committed to sustainable wine-growing according to the Terra Vitis® charter. Day after day, we strive for a responsible and sustainable viticulture.
The château obtained its Terra Vitis® certification from the 2004 vintage onwards, becoming a pioneer of this approach.
Always mindful of the environment, Château Beaumont is a member of the 1st Environmental Management System Association for Bordeaux Wines, certified ISO 14001.
This validation reinforces the estate’s continuous improvement policy: indeed, the château has been applying the HACCP method (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) at the cellar since 2002.

High Environmental Value (HVE)
The HVE certification attests to the overall environmental performance of the estate: preservation of biodiversity, careful management of fertilisation, plant protection products and water resources.
